Marshall McCullough, Director, Late Stage Collections, Global Operations, Scotiabank

Marshall joined Scotiabank in 2017 and leads an internal team responsible for the late stage collection process for Scotiabank & Tangerine which includes insolvency, asset sales, credit file integrity and the vendor oversight of both secured & unsecured products. Marshall has almost two decades of experience within the collection industry, working in a variety of operational, strategic and vendor roles.


Bryan Szemenyei, President, Canaccede Financial Group

Bryan has spent over a decade with Canaccede Financial Group Ltd. During his time with Canaccede, he has held Senior Executive roles in analytics, credit, risk, corporate development, treasury and investments. Throughout his career, Bryan has formed valuable partnerships with major Canadian banks and lending institutions which have allowed to gain insights into industry trends and best practices across various operating models. Bryan has BA (Hons) and MA degrees in Economics from Western University, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.


Marc Billard is the Vice President & General Manager of MetCredit

MetCredit is a multinational debt collection agency which has been servicing credit grantors across North American for the past 48 years. Marc and has over 28 years of experience in the credit and collection industry managing receivable portfolios in sectors such as financial institution, telecommunications, student loan, government, and B2B.
