Dear Members,
For well over 80 years, the Credit Association of Greater Toronto has been a cornerstone of our industry—a trusted forum for networking, professional growth, and shared insight.
Having been a proud member since 1997, I’ve witnessed the incredible value our Association brings to credit professionals across the country. It is a true privilege to now serve as your President.
I’m humbled by the confidence you’ve placed in me and deeply aware of the responsibility that comes with this role. I’m also fortunate to be supported by an exceptional Board of Directors—individuals who bring dedication, experience, and a shared passion for advancing our profession.
I would like to take a moment to express heartfelt thanks to John Kim for his many years of dedicated service on the Board. Due to circumstances surrounding the pandemic, John became our longest-serving President. His steadfast leadership and commitment have had a lasting impact on the Association, and we are deeply appreciative of his continued involvement in his new role as Past President. I expect to draw on his insight and experience frequently.
Our industry has seen more change in the past five years than in the previous two decades combined. From evolving legislation and compliance requirements to rapid technological advancements and shifting client expectations, we are navigating an era of profound transformation.
As an Association, our mission is not just to keep pace with these changes—but to lead the way. We are focused on equipping you with the resources, insights, and connections you need to thrive in this changing environment.
Ultimately, the true strength of the Credit Association of Greater Toronto lies in you—our members. Your ongoing participation and engagement are what make this community so strong and vibrant. Without your support, there is no Association.
I encourage you to stay engaged and help shape the future of our organization. On behalf of myself and the entire Board, thank you for your continued support. I look forward to connecting with you at upcoming events.
Warm regards,
Mukesh Daji
President, Credit Association of Greater Toronto
