Anush Sachdeva has been with the Royal Bank for 3 years, currently the Senior Manager of Consumer Psychology & Experience Design. He graduated from the Vancouver School of Economics, University of British Columbia with a degree in Economics and focus in Behavioral Economics, following which he founded a social news aggregator start-up ( WePower ).

Anush worked in some of the top advertising & marketing agencies ( Leo Burnett & DDB) before joining RBC where he began as a behavioral economist. More recently his mandate has expanded to helping support senior leadership in re-orienting the organizations approach to problem solving via design thinking & working on large transformative digital innovation projects. He was also a judge for the Rotman Design Challenge in 2015. Passionate about human/consumer behavior, designing user-experiences that solve real problems and Korean food.
