<strong>An Evening with Greg Thompson, Steve Leslie, Anuj Vohra and Mark Ball</strong>

<strong>Greg Thompson – Vice President, Operational Risk and Governance, Scotiabank.</strong>
Greg joined Scotiabank in 2003 and has held progressively senior position in IT Security and Risk Management. As the Vice President of Operational Risk and Governance at Scotiabank Greg is tasked with defining and executing the Bank's Operational Risk Management Framework to ensure both the embedding of sound operational risk management practices and measurement and management of risk across the Bank in Business Lines, Corporate Functions and subsidiaries, globally. Greg is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business, Executive Leadership Program. (University of Western Ontario).

<strong>Steve Leslie Vice President, Canadian Collections & Recovery (Strategic Support), TD Bank Group.</strong>
Steve currently leads the Strategic Support group for Canadian Collections and Recovery (CC&R) which supports end to end collection and recovery efforts for all retail products in Canada. Steve first joined the Bank in 1993 where he worked in Halifax, NS as a Term Deposit Officer and then as a CSR/CSO. Steve has also worked in Commercial Banking, Commercial Credit Risk Management (CCRM), has lead the commercial banking team for South East Ontario Region, banking medium to large scale businesses. Prior to his current role, Steve was the leader of the TD Canada Trust Collections and Recovery team – a team of specialists who perform late stage and recovery functions for all TDCT products as well as End to End data analytics, agency management, partner relationship management and collections projects.

<strong>Anuj Vohra is the Vice President for the Retail Account Services group within Client Account Management in CIBC.</strong>
He is currently accountable for development of long-term strategic performance objectives and executing on operational, customer, shareholder and people management strategies. His role entails managing the operating performance of three geographically located centres with over 400+ employees supporting all Retail Products and Small Business Banking products within CIBC. His mandate is to deepen client relationships by meeting more of our clients' financial needs through the delivery of strong advisory solutions and a consistent client service experience for customers facing financial difficulties.

<strong>Throughout the last 19 years, Mark Ball has held various senior roles in personal and commercial banking leading sales and service teams in the Greater Toronto Market area as well as in portfolio management.</strong>
For the last 6 years, Mark has led the Collections & Small Business Special Accounts Team for Bank of Montreal with responsibilities for Collection, Recoveries and Vendor Performance across all Consumer and small business products. Mark has an BA from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from Dalhousie University and is a Fellow at the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
