under New Management
Nordon Collections Network Inc. (NCN), a
wholly owned Canadian collection agency founded 46 years ago has changed ownership. Graeme
Stirrett and Audrey D'Souza-Moraes are pleased to announce that NCN has
restructured its Canadian Operation under an experienced team which will lead NCN in 2011
and beyond. NCN has made significant investments in skill and resources to tackle the
evolving needs of credit grantors, retailers, the telecommunications sector and all levels
of government.
President and CEO, Graeme Stirrett,
brings over 30 years of senior management experience and has been involved in the
Canadian, U.S, UK, nearshore and offshore markets for both first and third party
collections, as well as inbound and outbound First Contact outsourcing. Graeme has been
part of successful teams throughout his career and he is looking forward to 2011 as a
"Breakout" year for NCN.
Principal and Executive Consultant,
Audrey D'Souza-Moraes brings a wealth of entrepreneurial skills and business acumen to
this enterprise. Audrey has chaired many professional organizations and has managed
several successful small businesses. As the wife of the late NCN President & CEO, Paul
Moraes, Audrey carries a legacy into the future with passion and determination.
CFO, Clayton Dixon has extensive
background in Canadian financial institutions. With an MBA from Schulich School of
Business and a CMA designation, Clayton will be key in delivering strong technical and
administrative initiatives that will spearhead the evolution of our corporate practices.
V.P. Operations, Western Region,
Geoff Davidson began his successful career over 27 years ago and has held many
increasingly senior positions across Canada with other National collection agencies prior
to joining NCN. His role leads and supports our western branches in Vancouver, Edmonton
and Calgary delivering excellence.
V.P. Operations Central / Eastern
Regions, Vince Pianta has managed recovery operations for over 20 years. Vince
specializes in competitive races for large credit grantors in the Canadian and US
marketplace. Vince contributes a vast and diversified collection experience to NCN and has
emerged as one of the foremost operations managers in our industry.
V.P. Business Development, Bill
Stewart, brings over 30 years of collection agency sales experience to NCN. He is
respected in the industry and his experience with Financial Institutions and Governments
will ensure continuous growth.
V.P. Sales, Marketing and Client Care,
Neil Casselman has managed clients and delivered superb collections solutions in the
Telecommunications, Leasing and Utility sectors for over 25 years. Neil has both National
and International experience and is familiar with a wide range of client needs and is
extremely well respected in our industry. This dynamic team will deliver premier recovery
solutions in our evolving and challenging economy.
