Mark Murray, Officer, Halton Regional Fraud Bureau (Card Team)

Detective Constable Mark Murray is an Officer with the Halton Regional Fraud Bureau – Card Team. He is currently responsible for investigations of financial crimes such as stolen credit cards, stolen identities, counterfeit cheques, counterfeit currency, fraudulent documents, prescription/pharmacy frauds, etc. In his 15 years of experience within the force he has been positioned in uniform patrol, plain clothes Detective Constable in the One District Break, Enter & Autos Unit, and as a plain clothes Detective Constable in the Halton Regional Police Fraud Unit (Card Team).

· Human Source Development – Criminal Intelligence Service

· Search Warrant Course – Ontario Police College

· Specialized Vehicle Theft Investigative Techniques – Canadian Police College

· Fraud Investigators Course – Ontario Police College

Jeff Pilon, Vice President of Servicing, Autocapital Canada

Jeff Pilon is an Executive with 25+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry. He has held Executive roles at Wells Fargo, Goeasy and is currently Vice President of Servicing for Autocapital Canada.

He has also worked at CitiFinancial and Xceed Mortgage in management roles.

Jeff has a broad understanding of collection management for automobile, mortgage and unsecured (revolving and installment loan) accounts in Canada.

Amir Rahmani, Director, Risk Management, CST Consultants Inc.

Amir Rahmani is a leader in the fields of Operational and Enterprise Risk, with over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. He currently serves as the Director, Risk Management for CST Consultants Inc., and previously held risk leadership roles at GE Capital, Home Trust, and Moneris Solutions (an RBC/BMO joint venture). His expertise in risk management, strategy, and governance has allowed him to effectively lead teams to develop and execute risk frameworks and programs.

Amir is a CPA, CMA and holds an Hon. Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto.
