<strong>Rob Young – Senior Vice President, International at OnDeck.</strong> 
He oversees all aspects of the company’s expansion to markets outside of the United States, including Canada and Australia. Prior to joining OnDeck, Rob was VP of Corporate  Development & New Ventures at <a href="http://www.wonga.com" target="_blank">Wonga.com</a>, a pioneer online consumer lender based in the UK.

<strong>Michael Wendland, Founder & CEO, Refresh Financial Inc.</strong> Graduated from Trinity Western University with a BBA in Finance, Helped establish one of the largest Mortgage Investment Corporations in BC. He founded Refresh Financial and initiated the first Secured Savings Loan in 2010. Since then, he has managed the hyper-growth with a team of 30 employees based in Kelowna and Hamilton.
